HobbyFolio brings your activity on the platforms you connect — currently Steam and BoardGameGeek — into one timeline, library and stats. It is a free beta for personal, non-commercial use; features and availability may change or end at any time, without notice. Figures depend on what those platforms report, so they can lag, miss events or be incomplete, and are not a reliable record.
You sign in with Google or Steam; there is no HobbyFolio password. You must be at least 13 and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping that sign-in secure. Use one account and only details that are yours. We may refuse, suspend or end an account at any time where these terms are broken or the service is misused.
Your profile page shows your display name, avatar and the parts of your activity you choose; what it shows can be changed at any time in your settings. Use a name and avatar that do not impersonate anyone, infringe rights or cause offence — we may remove anything that does, without reviewing it first.
Use HobbyFolio only for yourself, through its own interface: no scraping, automated API calls, resale or redistribution, attempts to reach another account or data, bypassing limits, or interference with the service. Connecting a platform authorises us to read your activity there; that platform’s own terms still apply. We may enforce usage limits.
You keep ownership of the content you add and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display it to run the service. You are responsible for having the right to use it. The service itself — its design, code and text — remains ours and may not be copied or redistributed except as the law allows. Feedback may be used without obligation. HobbyFolio is provided "as is", without warranties to the fullest extent the law allows, and is not responsible for third-party platform data. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, profits or opportunities; where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — here, nothing. You agree to indemnify us against claims from your misuse, your content or your breach. Nothing excludes liability the law does not allow to be excluded.
These terms may change; the date above shows the revision, and continued use means acceptance. Access may be suspended or ended at any time, with or without notice. You can delete your account from your profile — see the privacy policy for your data. Content licences, disclaimers, liability and indemnity survive, and French law and the courts of France govern these terms, subject to rights you cannot waive where you live.
